Abstract submission
Abstracts will be accepted and added to the final program of the
symposium only for full registered participants or registered student.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received before 21 August 2020 will be refunded after deducting a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received before 21 September 2020 will be refunded after deducting a 20% processing fee.
Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the Symposium.
Cancellations received after 21 September 2020 are non-refundable; however, substitutes from the same Institution/Organization are welcome.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretary either by email or regular mail. If for any reason the Symposium is canceled or interrupted, the symposium will not be responsible for refunding of airfares and payment of accommodation, and will reimburse other costs in proportion to the canceled activities minus a fair administrative cost.
